Has anyone every had to have an appliance replaced because it couldn't be fixed?
2 months ago the repair man came for the dishwasher and ordered 2 parts. One came in the mail and the other was backordered. It was suppose to ship 12/20...well I never got it.
I called today and the part doesn't have a ship date so after several conversations with managers they agreed to replace it.
They said they would call within 48 hours with an authorization code to bring to sears to buy a new one. The amount of the code would be determined by what we paid and what comparable dishwashers are going for.
Just wondering if they amount anyone received was close to what true replacement is or am I going to have to add lots of cash to it.
Anyone?
