Searching within a thread?

Is there a way to search within a particular thread? There are times when I've followed a thread for months and know that the answer I'm looking for is in there....somewhere, but I'm not sure what page.

Yes. Once you've opened the thread, click on the "search" box in the upper right. One of the options there is "search this thread only".
