I've just returned to the UK from a great 15 night stay at the world, on Friday 19th september i was the odd one in my family on big thunder mountain mid morning and sat next to a girl aged 18-22ish, she asked me where i was from and Said England before we rode, i presumed she was similarly the odd one out in her family, but after exiting the ride i saw her leave alone :(

On Monday 22nd September i saw her again at the Animal Kingdom, in Harambe around 10am buying a drink from a street vendor -blonde hair, denim shorts/skirt and again alone...before it clicked it was the same girl she was gone, i would like to get in touch and hope she reads this, i felt bad that she was alone and would have gladly shared my Disney experiences with her as a friend...was this you, or do you know anyone who was at the world who this could be...I'd love to talk to her...In the year of a million dreams i hope someone can help find the mystery girl.

Twice I have traveled to WDW by myself. I have had similar reactions from guests, as well as cast members about my being alone as though it was the saddest thing they had heard. Please, don't feel sad. Even though traveling to WDW I may have been one person, the second I got on Disney property I was no longer "alone". I had a wonderful time on both trips. One of the best things was talking to people, like you, while waiting in line, riding the buses, monorails, etc. I would definitely and will definitely be traveling there again, by myself.

I hope you are able to get in touch with this mystery girl, but please don't feel bad for her. This was probably her choice and I can guarantee that even though she was alone, she was not lonely. :)

Have a Disney day!! :wizard:
