Search disabled....Radisson Resort Parkway?

Going to stay a couple days offsite to do some non-Disney stuff. Mousesavers is showing a good rate for the Radisson Resort Parkway....anyone stay here? What was it like and how (if you used it) was the shuttle service? Any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated!!

We stayed there last December. (DH is a Radission employeee) The resort is beautiful. Rooms are large and clean. The pools are fantastic. This was our first off-site stay so we were use to the convience of Disney transportation. We found the shuttle service from the hotel highly lacking. In the morning there are only 3 trips out to WDW and they leave you at the TTC. We never could figure out our way back so many a cab ride was taken. If you can, I'd suggest you rent a car.

Thanks ILUVDXL! We want to a couple days of off-site stuff before staying onsite for a week. This may just fit the bill! I will definately look into renting a car even just for those few days.

BTW....I love DXL too! It was where we stayed in 2000 for our first trip onsite. I love the lush greenery and the quietness of the resort. Hope to be able to stay there again this August or September!

Yes, it's very nice and well worth the money. It's near all the 192 shops and right outside of the maingate of WDW. My review is posted on this page.
