Sean/Dolphin quietly raised parking fee as of 4/9/18

Anyine else notice that the Swan and Dolphin are raising parking fees on 4/9/18 to $23 for self parking and $33 for valet? I was just checking to see if the rate for my May trip had dropped and at the top of the SPG app it had a note.

The way this is worded doesn’t sound like existing reservations with be grandfathered. That’s the scary thing about add on fees, they are subject to change whenever they want!

Thanks for this update. The fee appears to be for any car parked at the facility regardless of overnight stay. I haven't stayed at the Swolphin before, so I don't know if fees have historically been a part of parking at the facility. Based on OP info, it looks like the rates increase by $3 pn 04/09/2018. I found the following on their website today:

[FAQ] 5. Is there a fee for parking at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin?
Yes. The nightly fees for parking are listed below and subject to change.

Self Parking Fees / Valet Parking Fees
Non-Registered Guest* $20.00 for each exit / $30.00 for each exit
*A non-registered guest is a guest who is visiting the hotel to use the facilities and services, but is not staying over night.
Registered Guest ** $20.00 + tax per day / $30.00 + tax per day
**A registered guest has a room reservation to spend one or more nights at the hotel.

Yes, the fee for self-parking at the resort is $20 + tax per exit and $30 + tax for valet parking (pricing subject to change). Your ceremony site fee will include complimentary parking passes for up to 15 cars. Additional passes can be purchased through your ceremony package.
