Seabreeze Point wedding and Epcot dessert party ??

We are attending at wedding at Seabreeze Point at the Boardwalk. The family has a block of rooms at AKL. If we drive from AKL to BW for the ceremony will our names be on some sort of list so we can park there?


Also, there is a dessert party at Epcot that evening. We are supposed to meet at 7:45 at the International Gateway to be escorted in to the party. What is the best way to get there from AKL?

I would first ask the couple if they have arranged transportation for their guests or have made parking arrangements.

I agree with Karin1984. When I got married at WDW, I provided transportation for my guests. Picked them up for the ceremony which was held at the pavilion. Took them to reception and after the reception to dessert party in Epcot and then all back to their individual hotel(s).

It sounds like the couple will not be providing transportation to the dessert party, since they're having you meet at International Gateway. You can try telling the parking guard at BoardWalk Inn or Beach Club that you're attending a wedding—there's no way for the couple to provide them with a list of names, but you should be able to park at one of the resorts since it's for a wedding.
