Sea World San Diego--Quick Queue front of the line pass question

SO how does this work? Do they have 2 separate lines like DisneyLand? Trying to decide if it's worth it to get. We leave in a week and will be visiting on a SUNDAY!

Yes, there are separate lines. We went two weeks ago and didn't use it, but it looked to have a lot shorter lines.
