I have searched around this board, & I wondered what ID is required to redeem a Southwest Airlines or Cingulair ticket bought online (Eticket). Do you have to show an employee or membership ID to use those tickets? Also, do they qualify for the 2nd day free deal at Sea World Orlando? We are going there in 2 weeks & will be getting to the area in the afternoon, so we were thinking of using 1 of those discounts, but we would need to go to the park late 1 day (for evening shows) & then return the next morning to whatever we didn't do the day before, so we would definitely need the 2nd day free option.

I wasn't sure how the Southwest Airlines deal worked - if you needed to sign up for a membership card or anything.

Thank you for any assistance. Most of the info I had seen about discounts was older, so I wanted to find out if any people have had problems with these discounts.

I used the cingular code and nowhere on the ticket does it say we have to show anything. If they ask..I left it at home :-) It also says on the site where you order that the second day is free but you have to exchange the ticket when you leave for the 2nd day. I also printed that out and am bringing it with me just in case. We are leaving tomorrow.

Yes - I was thinking - they can't expect you to remember to bring an "employee ID" with you to theme parks. We do have Cingular/AT&T phones, so I guess I could show those!

I may call Sea World & ask if you can exchange for the 2nd day free for sure, but I also think you must be able to with these, since the add was right there with the ticket ordering info.

Have a great time!

Before I ordered our SW tickets last week with the cingular code, I called SW and asked about the second day free. He said you can get the second day free on ALL single day passes EXCEPT free ones!

Yes, please let us know!!! I was wondering about the employee thing also!

I was thinking if they asked I would just say we don't work there anymore;)
Also, I heard that if you have e-tickets, you just scan them at an e-ticket station then go directly in.

Thanks for the info on exchanging the ticket for the 2nd day - I thought I had read something similar on the boards at one time. It is hard to keep up, since the SW offers change so much. I will probably order with the Cingular discount for us & see how that works. It sounds like that will be safe.

Yes - let us know, ess, how the tickets work out for you. I want to make sure & get a discount before we go.

That is a good idea about saying you don't work "there" anymore for the discounts, if they asked for a company ID!!
