It's 3 feet wide by 30 inches deep; 1/2 of a 6 foot table. Last year I used painter's tape and taped off the exact size on my dining room table and set up my stuff so I knew I'd have enough room and it worked really well for judging how much room I'd need. I use drawers, the plastic things they sell at Target and Wal-Mart. Just like at home, I like my stuff to be put away and have a home. But, this year I have the CM Daisy accessories, so I might have to re-configure.

Don't forget the "pajama party" Saturday night. I'm thinking about wearing my Nick & Nora "breakfast" flannel jammies this year

When do you think the menus will come out? I have to plan what I can and cannot eat and what I need to bring for snacks!

Hey Emily - will you be there to provide the hot water for my tea at midnight??

Thanks for the info- I think I'll do the same with the painters tape. I need to see what kind of storage I need. So "pajama party"- sounds fun!! Anyone know the temperature in there- was it cold last year?

I don't remember the room ever being too cold, but then I am pretty cold blooded so I wouldn't be one to go by. You might want to bring a sweatshirt if a/c bothers you.

Jennifer, I have just one request...please don't make your towers so high this year. I want to see your smiling face as we scrapbook.

I normally freeze all the time- I carry a sweatshirt around Disney in the summers for when I go inside. I rarely need to use a sweatshirt on the floor- mainly early in the morning when it was fairly empty.

LOL I remember the grapefruit- I'm keeping my fingers crossed I WONT have to do 'Lemonade Stand' this year but Im sure I could scrounge up a grapefruit and hot water

As for being there- If I am there those days itll be later at night as I'm going to the Epcot Pin Event Fri/Sat... so depending on night events that week will depend if/when I'm there (but Im sure I'll swing by and say hi (shop) atleast once regardless)

As for ya'lls menus- I haven't looked so no idea what you are eating...

I used to be a vendor for SDVs before I decided to come work for a certain Mouse. (I had Scrappie Chick, if anyone remembers...)

Anyhow, I'm still trying to figure out if I can make it to a one day local thing with my work schedule, but one way or another, I'm going to stop in and say hello to my SDV peeps. If ya'll don't mind, keep me posted on your plans and I'd love to meet some fellow DIS/SDVers!

SWEET!!! Saturday will probably be the best day to snag all of us.

On year I froze and DH brought me a hoodie, the next year I was comfy. You just never know.

I haven't gotten that far in my planning/packing yet but I'll try!

Like others, I'm always cold. I carry a sweater with my everywhere. I wear my sweater most of the time in the crop room, but I don't remember it being terribly cold.

Not everyone gets into their jammies, but sweats are great too. It's fun to see a big group of women all casual and getting a little slap-happy during the late hours! Plus, I just love wearing my slippers

Does anyone know how Magical Express works- we have arranged ours for the trip to Contemporary because we are staying on my DVC points Wednesday night, but what about the trip home on Sunday. We need a reservation # for that, right?
