Is there any site that has a historical tracker or predictor for SDFP availability by hour?

I guess what I really want to know is what rides would likely be available depending on the time of day I looked for a fastpass and crowd level of the park.

I know touringplans has had a few "day-of" fastpass availability blog posts that were pretty good but the last post like that they made was back in 2015.

If you have tickets in your MDE account and you didn't book your fastpasses yet you can look at see what's available at any time during the day. I did this often before I book my 60 day fastpasses. I would go online and see what was available for that day.

Such statistics would be impossibly unreliable for predictive purposes.

It wouldn't matter if on a "7" day at 11:45AM an X-ride FP+ would "normally" be available...
If that FP+ happened to not available on YOUR "7" day, it would just make you wonder why it was not.
(And, for that matter, you might even wonder if it turned out to actually BE a "7" day...
as those things come under constant questioning on these boards, too.)

I did the same and I booked my FP last night. Just realized I won't be able to easily check SDFP anymore.

Thats the part that stinks. Once you book your fastpasses you can only look at your own days to see what is still available.

The good thing is I've done it enough that I think I have a good idea....but it was kind of a fun game! :)
