Is it realistic to be able to go from a 3:55 Fastpass on SDD to a 4:25 Hollywood and Vine ADR?

yeah no problem. If you are at SDD at 3:55 you'll be off the ride by 4:10 at the latest, the walk from SDD to H&V is less than 5 mins

You can scan in for FP 5 minutes early at 3:50, just to give you extra time.
