SDD fastpasses earlier than 930am?

Hi, all. Booked my last day of fastpasses at 60+14d. Logged on at 7am and the earliest SDD was 930am (9a open time). Are 9am available for some days (I’m sure they were not in this case) or is this the norm?

There’s no reason I know of why they wouldn’t be available beginning at 9:00a.

- FPs can be scheduled only during regular park hours, including the first and last hours of operation. All FP attractions can be scheduled for any part of the regular day.

I noticed the same thing at 60+10, but figured it was possible they were already gone. Pretty sure I had the first crack at 60+14 7a, so my sense is that they are either being held back or booked as extra club level.

Quick update - same thing for my 60+14 departure day...930 was earliest available for SDD and AlienSS.

Did you try refreshing a few times? Sometimes when I’ve seen that (FPs not available first thing when they likely should be) if I refresh enough, earlier times will magically appear. YMMV of course.

Trust me...I refreshed several thousand times! Used app vs browser. Searched for 9 vs 930. Etc. All the tricks I know and nothing!

Or, DHS may be trying to run Standby for the first few minutes before the FP/Standby quotas/ratios go into effect.

I prefer to make my FP+ starting around 10:30. This gives me time to take advantage of RD with other rides. We had SDD scheduled for the afternoon, so we did RnRC, ToT and TSMM before our first FP+.

No EMM for the two days I checked at 60+14. One was an EMH day, the other regular.

It makes sense to clear the initial wave of rope droppers before allowing fastspassers.

Thanks! Then the system is probably set for 9:30. Kinda like how FEA ran without FPs for the 1st 2 hours of the day.

I also noticed that they don't go all the way to close. The last one is a full hour before closing. Some rides will go to a half hour before.
