Omg, Congrats!
Thank you guys so much!! We're very excited! We have a 7 year old and have tried for two years for this one. Finally last month I told hubby I needed a break, no more clomid, no charting, no ovulation tests until after Disney and BAM that's the month it happens! God is good all the time and all the time God is good![]()
So a couple days ago I posted about being ursula sized and wondering what I can ride...took a pregnancy test on a whim today and it was positive!!!Oh my gosh, talk about a game changer!!! I didn't want to tell anyone in my family yet and facebook is out so FEEL SPECIAL DISBOARDERS!!!! And anyone with preggo/ride advise, great!!!
Congratulations. Here's a link to a list of rides that should be avoided during pregnancy. Run it by your OB for their opinion. Every pregnancy is different. http://www.wdwinfo.com/pregnancy.htm
How old is that post? It still lists Body Wars at Epcot.

with both my pregnancies that I couldn't have done any of the roller coasters or TOT!....but then, I STILL can't do those things and my kids are 27 and 22! LOL
just take care of yourself, listen to your body and HAVE FUN!
Just remember with pregnancy comes a tiny bladder
So just like the kid that has to go to the bathroom once you're half way through the line that can happen a lot when you're pregnant and further along! So if you have a touring plan just make sure to have a little extra time for bathroom breaks. Also you may be more prone to nausea so while a ride may be 'safe' to ride while pregnant, it may not be comfortable for you, but you really won't know until you're almost there how this pregnancy will effect you. Good luck, talk to your OB about your trip and any concerns you have, remember forewarned is forearmed!I see that Kilimanjaro Safari is on the don't ride list but isn't that basically like a jeep ride?

(((hugs))) Hang in there!!! Hoping it happens for you soon!!!Congrats. So happy for you and also a little jealous. We have been trying for about 3 years with no luck.
