very good rebecca! so tell me something...... how much time did you actually spend scrapping this weekend?? is there someone in the room all night??
YOu can stay in the room all night and many did- lets see my scrapping time:
Friday: 10:30-1:00, 2:30-4:00, 6:30-6:45, 7:30-11:30
Saturday: 6:45-7:15, 9:30-1:30, 3:30-6:30, 7:30-11:00
Sunday: 9:00-9:20, 11:00-1:00
Those were the times I was on the scrap floor and most of my time was spent scrapping. I did take a break to help Buffy put the SDV books in order and I did walk around and talk a little while and I took a couple of breaks to look at things in the stores but most of that time I was scrapping, so I guess that is about 20 hours on the floor and probably 1 hour of that was talking, shopping, and getting things out and putting them away. I scraped 120 complete pages and 4 more need a little journaling or one more picture on them. I had already kits all of my pages.
I took my photos and embellishments(swap items) and layed them out. I choose out background paper and mating paper that worked with all of them. Then I placed the background paper in a 2 gallon bag and the pictures and embellishments into a quart ziploc. I put the quart ziplock in the 2 gallon bag. I did that same thing until I had about 10 pages per ziplock bag with the background and matting paper along with photos and embellishments. When I got there I would take out a the whole kit. Put down the background paper, figure out where things would go on the paper, then quickly mat the photos once, and then attached everything to the paper. All done with a layout, pull out the next kit and keep going.
