Went to Target and Michael's today and found some scrapbooking stuff on sale:
Target has (in their discount/dollar section) packets of scrapbooking paper for $1 with 3-12 pages per pack. I picked up some glitter sheets, a packet of dog themed paper, polka dots and stripes, and a tone-on-tone victorian print. They also had a car/transportation theme pack and some Valentines day packs.
I also found in Target's scrapbook section Princess and the Frog stickers for $.44! (on clearance from $1.79). I saw the same ones later at Michael's for 1.99.
At Michael's they had a bunch of packets and pages on clearance (picked up some good papers for $.29), and I also got a pack of pirate dimensional stickers for $.49 (regularly $.99).

That is great about Target. The $1 section paper is great, but it is very thin. It makes great accent paper.
