Scrapbook magazine help...

Does anyone get the magazine Simple Scrapbooks? DD was sent by mail an advertizement for it. I have looked locally for it to see if we like it and it is worth purchasing a subscription too. With no luck.

We do already get Scrapbooks, etc. and I am planning to get her for christmas Creating Keepsakes.

I will also take any other suggestions that anyone may have about other Scrapbooking magazines as well.

I get Simple Scrapbooks and really love it. It was the first scrapbook magazine I subscribed to.

I like it too. I have seen it at Walmart on occasion and Borders.

And the jury is still out on the changes they have made to Creating Keepsakes. I got the January issue where they have implemented some changes, we'll see. I may not renew.

I think I get every scrapping magazine on the face of earth and I love Simple Scrapbooks (I also get Making Memories, Scrapbooks Etc., Creating Keepsakes and another one whose name escapes me at the moment)

Do you have a favorite of all of them? I can't wait to go out and find the Simple scrapbooks.

Although this is a gift for DD, since we both scrapbook together I will also be enjoying these magazines. When our Scrapbook etc. comes we both want to look at it. Now there will just be more to share. I love looking at all the ideas. It certainly inspires me.

I have, at various times over the years, subscribed to Creating Keepsakes, Simple Scrapbooks, Memory Makers and Scrapbooks, Etc. Currently I just have CK and SS. CK I let expire, then renewed at CKC because I got a really good rate. I'm not a huge fan of CK. Simple Scrapbooks, on the other hand, I LOVE!! My only complaint is it's only 6 issues per year instead of 12. I wish they'd expand!

Simple scrapbooks used to be my favorite, but has since fallen to number 2 behind Scrapbooks,etc, as I have matured as a scrapper. My favorite was Paper kuts until that went out of business. I use Simple's planning sheet for my albums that are organized by topic - like dh's ski album.

I get CK but I prefer SS I took out a sub to SS in September and I can expect my first magazine in JANUARY!!!! How can I wait that long

I currently get CK and let my SS expire. I finally realized that I really didn't like either magazine -- but I love to look at the ads!!

For me the ads are the best bit Otherwise, over here in Scrappers Desert I wouldn't know what to look for online

Scrapbooks Etc. is my absolute favorite. I used to like Creating Keepsakes a lot more than I do now, but Scrapbooks Etc. has definitely replaced it as one I must have.
