Scrap Your Trip - UGH!

I placed an order with Scrap Your Trip on Aug. 23rd. Still have not received confirmation for shipping and in the meantime I've received two emails saying they removed items from my order because they are out of stock. Well DUH, of course they are out of stock! If you never fill my order eventually EVERYTHING will be out of stock.

Anyone else having this problem with them? I really want my paper so I can get started on my stuff!

Yea, they are slow and their commuication has fallen behind here lately. I placed an order on 8/13 and it was just shipped on 8/30. I actually called before that because their site states something like 5-6 business days turn around time. They told me they were waiting on an item to come in. Of course no one bothered to email or call to tell me that.

By the time the backordered item arrived, two other items were now no longer in stock. I don't think they started pulling your order until everything has arrived which makes no sense to me. The good news is, if you are getting those emails about items being no longer available, you order is getting ready to ship!

I gave up with ordering stuff for myself because the postage was so expensive to come here But I have used for secret sister - and yes, some stuff did not make it to the order, which is annoying when I'd gone to some trouble to make sure I ordered what SS would like AND to make sure it was well over the minimum order. Leaving out some key items made the package as a whole look a bit cheap
