Scott & Vinny: 13 days of Magic..UPDATED *NEW* 3/4 (The End)

Day 4 finds us going to my favorite park for childhood memories. Magic Kingdom. Breakfast must have been a muffin in the room with coffee. This was also the day our new neighbors moved in but more on them later.

First we have to get there. Here is Vinny deep in thought.

This bus got really full. When we got to the Springs area I had to sit with Vinny because the bus filled up. Only time it ever happened.

We made it to MK. The following pic was at 11:42 to give you a time reference.

I love the Halloween decorations and fall decorations.

We will try to do this.

The crowds on this morning didn’t look too bad.

Ooh, there she is.

Like I said I love the decorations.

The show was going on at the Castle.

I love fountains, boats and water.

We came upon Alice and the rabbit so we got in line.

By the time we got up there Alice had left but we got a pic with the rabbit.

Next we went over to Storybook Circus.

Last time we were here 1 Dumbo was open and the bathroom and maybe the coaster. Now it seemed all open. Now in all the years I have gone to Disney and that is since 1972 I have ridden on Dumbo. That is about to change.

Up, up and away.

Wow - that sushi looks so yummy. I have had the california roll at the cali grill, but I think I need to go back and try something else. It looks fantastic.

Don't you just love the view from the deck at the Cali grill? It's wonderful!

I'm jealous, I didn't get to visit Dumbo this time around! (DF gets really motion sick, and I didn't want to make him wait for me to ride! )

Your dinner looked great, I think I am the only person who does not eat sushi.
The last time I ate there was 1987, I don't even remember what I had, that was sooo long ago. MK looks a little busy that morning will have to see wht you get done.

Okay so we all know they redid Dumbo to be interactive now. First you have to walk into the tent. Shall we?

They make it very easy. LOL

We got our buzzer and found a seat. A quick look around.

I looked up and saw this. So cute.

The first pic was 12:13pm so we had a little wait. Soon though the buzzer went off and we were told which line to go to. Waiting for our turn.

I do love the detailing on the ride.

Now comes the ride pics of both the area and the ride.

Back to the ride. Storks on top of the ride.

That lady is looking at me like I am strange. LOL

And I am flying. Weeeeeee. I felt like the pig in the Geico commercial. LOL

Looking over toward the New Fantasyland. It did not open on this day but it could open the next day.

Goofy’s rollercoaster. I have never been on it being I doubt I would fit.

With that our ride was over and I loved it. It was a lot of fun. I think Disney should put a camera on all rides so you can get a pic. LOl

Two trips in august and october and I never made it over that way. I am probably the only person who has never ridden Dumbo. I have to do it one day.

Again...... fantastic pictures!!!!!! Perhaps I'll get to Dumbo with my nieces in a few days.....we'll see. They always make those rides go up & down too quickly......I feel sick! Maybe I'll just watch them!!!

You rode Dumbo the first time on my birthday!! Great pictures of that area. Looks so cute. I have to admit that I have never rode Dumbo either. Maybe I will change that on the next trip.

I rode Dumbo for the first time in August and then again when we went in October. I love the double Dumbo's plus the wait is so much shorter.

I used to love Dumbo. Now I would throw up. I can't do roundy things anymore.

The re-model is so nice. I bet snow-white is gonna be awesome!

I can if they go slow and I find it slow. Tea cups not a chance for me.
They have done a great job on it. I cannot wait for the dwarves ride to open. Fun times.

Life note first. Yesterday we went to the New York Botanical Gardens Holiday Train Show preview for members and saw the trains and it was wonderful. After this we went to the movies and saw "Skyfall". What a great movie. If you have not seen it I highly recommend it. Anyway, I took a lot of photos at the train show and thought I would share them. After our flight we walked around a little bit. I did see the new water section.

Next up we decided to go see some friends. LOL

The entrance to see the characters. The left side is the entrance for Minnie & Daisy and the right side is Donald & Goofy. First we went to the right being it had a shorter line.

Their areas are small but cute.

Goofy was also the first one we came to. I now present our photopass pics. LOL

Then we went onto Donald.

Now this is the part I did not understand. In order to see the other side you have to leave and walk around again. So that is what we did.
This is looking at the other side of the tent. The place is really not that big but it is cute.

Of course you leave through a gift shop.
