When I called to give the PIN, they couldn't find it. We faxed the email to Disney as requested, and told us they will honor it, but it isn't effective until Wednesday and they will only honor the upgrade for a portion of our stay. We booked 5 nights under the giftcard promotion and then added two additional nights using the 35% off code. Guest Services will be calling me on Thursday after the PIN becomes effective, and she said she will see what she can do about adding our additional nights onto the upgrade. Has anyone else ran into this? SO excited about the upgrade, but not looking forward to down grading our last two days to a moderate if they don't upgrade our entire stay! Hoping for some good news on Thursday from guest services!!!
