After asking for advice on here a few days ago on the fly vs. drive subject, I decided to book tickets on Delta from Nashville to Orlando yesterday for 432.00 (total for myself and DW).

Just now, I logged on to Northwest Airlines' website just for fun, and found tickets for $254.00 combined! I was within the Delta cancellation period, so I did, and just saved over $150.00!!!

If you are looking for flights in a Northwest city, a lot of fares were reduced today. You might want to give it a look.

(crossing fingers for no September hurricanes) :rolleyes1

SWA has a Ding fare right now MCO-BNA for $39 one way. DH & I got a DIng fare for $81.50 RT on SWA from BNA-MCO Sept. 14-19. Might be worth checking SWA out if it's not too late to cancel with NWA! :thumbsup2
