Scooter seat back dimensions

Hi - a friend of mine and her husband are going to Disney this month and will need to rent a scooter. She wanted to make a seat back cover for it and decorate it. Is there anyway to find out the dimensions of the
scooters seat backs?

Or post your ideas to decorate the scooter!

Seat back sizes vary, although the rental company they choose (first, before making anything) should be able to provide measurements.
