I have a split stay coming up, ill be renting a scooter, and im wondering if the buildings at CBR all have stairs to enter the buildings. Ive never stayed there before and originally i was booked at POR. Thanks
 
Another question,

When you are waiting in line for the bus from the resort in the mornjng to go to a park, do you wait in the regular line or go up front to board as if you do when leaving the parks after the day is over? I dont want to forget my manners lol
 

At Moderates and Deluxe, there is usually no traditional lines. There is a box with the wheelchair symbol. If no one is already there, you would wait there and signal the driver if it is the bus you want.

Now, I do not know what changes might be in place with new COVID procedures since they do not allow as many individuals on the bus at a time.
 
Oh okay, thank you! We're staying at OKW, Contemporary and BWV. I have a disc injury and its my first trip having a scooter. I rented from scooterbug, do you know anything about them?

One mobility device per bus, unless two users are traveling in one party.

Just that they're the official "wheeled-device" rental company of Salt Disney World, thus the only company allowed to use Bell Services to obtain and return - wheelchairs, ECVs, strollers.

Not a clue. We haven’t rented a scooter in a quite a while. We found it more cost effective to just buy a scooter for my sister and then my mother. We have local places that they use them, such as the zoo, amusement parks, and sporting events.
 
HOW do I make an account with Scooterbug to rent? Tried reserving a scooter and stroller, but it asked for my login without giving me the ability to make an account. Help.

I called to make a reservation because I struggled online as well. It only took a cpl minutes

Yeah, it looks like there are glitches on the website. I tried to make a dummy reservation to see if i had the same result as PP. No, i didn't have to have or create an account - instead, every time i clicked "reserve this vehicle", the count went up!

Their labeling is not clear.

"reserve this vehicle" increases the count (i.e. if you need more than one ECV or stroller) not processes the reservation.

To do the reservation you need to go to the top of that page where there is a little box with an icon that looks like a shopping cart. Click that and you are taken to a checkout page that is an itemized list of what you are "ordering". On that page you click on the button that says "get estimate and checkout", which takes you to another page where you can enter your info in and there is a notice that says an account will be created for you if you don't have one already.

They REALLY need to improve the clarity and navigation of their site - it should not be so hard to figure out how to make a reservation.
