HOW do I make an account with Scooterbug to rent? Tried reserving a scooter and stroller, but it asked for my login without giving me the ability to make an account. Help.
Yeah, it looks like there are glitches on the website. I tried to make a dummy reservation to see if i had the same result as PP. No, i didn't have to have or create an account - instead, every time i clicked "reserve this vehicle", the count went up!I called to make a reservation because I struggled online as well. It only took a cpl minutes

Their labeling is not clear.
"reserve this vehicle" increases the count (i.e. if you need more than one ECV or stroller) not processes the reservation.
To do the reservation you need to go to the top of that page where there is a little box with an icon that looks like a shopping cart. Click that and you are taken to a checkout page that is an itemized list of what you are "ordering". On that page you click on the button that says "get estimate and checkout", which takes you to another page where you can enter your info in and there is a notice that says an account will be created for you if you don't have one already.

They REALLY need to improve the clarity and navigation of their site - it should not be so hard to figure out how to make a reservation.
