scooter access

Has anyone had experience with or advice for someone using a scooter at WDW? How much access is there to anything? Am especially interested in Epcot and Animal Kingdom. What kind of problems can I expect? How do I get the scooter from place tp place?
Appreciate any suggestions or ideas?

I think that teri's links will probably answer most of your question. In case they don't, feel free to ask as many questions as you want.
For the "how do I get from place to place" question, almost all of the WDW buses are equipped to transport ecvs and wheelchairs. You can also ride on the monorails with no problem.
