I'm really enjoying the reviews on this restaurant. I couldn't help but noticed the layout of the dinning/car table. If you are sitting behind someone can their hair hangover onto your table. I just dont do hair that well in my food....Okay call me crazy if you must.

thats a good question! I dont think so though....i seem to remember it not being an issue when we ate there last year and we were behind someone in the car. we really enjoyed Sci-Fi and are going back again in about a month!

No it cannot hang over, for one thing there is a plexiglass pane that they rest the ketchup and mustard on and for another the back of their seat and the front of our seat is very very wide

Just a word of caution... if you get a burger, check to make sure it's cooked all the way through. We went for lunch last December, and my hamburger was on the raw side. It's hard to see with the low light, but it was pretty obvious my burger was underdone, so I had to send it back. (and I never send food back) The fries, onion rings & milkshakes were awesome - the next time we go that's what we're going to stick with.

we have gone to sci-fi now the last 2 trips and love it! we had someone sit in the very back of my sil's car and they didn't even know she was back there. i can't get over how quiet it is in the whole restaurant. second that on the hamburger! the 1st time we got our med. rare and we had blood on the plate, we got it well done lastime and it was perfect! our 8yr dd loves it here so we made another adr for june.

Little hi-jack here, but can I ask another Sci-Fi question? My husband and son are very very tall (6'7" and 6'5"). I'm concerned they will have trouble fitting in the Sci-Fi cars. Anyone have any experience with that?

The cars are pretty spacious. Even Dh, whose 6', had plenty of leg room.

My DS is 6'4" and he fits in the cars just fine. He's all leg, so I'm sure if there was a problem, he'd be whining and crying about it (he's still a teen, so he does that sometimes).
