Sci-fi or the Wave

I'm trying to plan a lunch ADR for a day that we are at DS. We plan on being at the park for rope drop, tour until 11:00 or 11:30, grab lunch maybe see one last attraction and then go back to the GF for a nap before we head out for the evening. We are a party of 4 with two little ones (5 and 2). We are already doing Hollywood and Vine earlier in the week and did 50's Primetime last time and would like to try something new. I was thinking of going to Sci-fi , but haven't heard great things about the food or service. Our other option is to stop touring a little later, head to the Contemporary (we will have a car) and eat at The Wave. That, of course, may put naptime off. What would you suggest- or would you suggest something completely different?

Si-Fi would be good for lunch not for dinner anymore. Now Wave in my opinion don't compare it's a much better place to eat.
