Thinking about taking my 4 year old here next week? Is it fun for children?

My kids love it there. It's one of our "must-dos". We stick to lunch and order burgers and shakes and haven't had a bad one yet. It's really a fun atmosphere. My ds was turning 4 last trip and still talks about it as one of his favorites. It's definitely on our PS list for July.

we still have our light up ice cubes from here!! everyone loved it including DD ages 4 and 8..a little dark, but fun food and concept is cool.....we are trying Prime time this trip...only for something new...

just got back from DW -- tried Sci Fi last Tuesday with my one-week-short-of-3-year-old son ... he loved it, especially the shakes .. I read lots of complaints about the food but the burgers were tasty and it made for a great midday break

I was afraid that the whole theme would be scary for my girls (3 and 4). However they loved it and we loved it as well. We didn't make a PS just walked in. Didn't wait for a car table, we sat in the tables in the back. I liked those tables because after the kids were done eating and getting a little restless it is out of the way and they have room to move around.

Considering going there again in July.

A very neat atmosphere. We will be dining there for dinner on Saturday. My kids (9 & 6) really liked it there when we ate there over the summer.

I hate to go against the flow. but my son was really wierded out by the Sci-Fi. My husband and I loved it, and your child might do fine as so many others have. The films are great - old and cheesy/creepy. However, it can be hard to explain the fun of it to a young child who doesn't like it and wants to "go now".

He would probably be happier with the Prime-Time. The atmosphere is casual, cheerful, and funny.

Whatever you decide - have a terrific time!
