Sci-Fi Dine-In Specialty Burgers

I know the Specialty Burger at Sci-Fi changes. Can anyone give some examples of what the Specialty Burgers have been like? (Now that they've gotten rid of my beloved Salmon BLT I'm hoping for a good Specialty Burger this October.)

Last time we were there my hubby had one with fried boursin cheese and arugula that was awesome. We also enjoyed another one that had siracha bbq pork on it
