why would it be pointless? At this point, she doesn't relaly know WHY the trip was cancelled - at least if people call & complain, they will realize that the parents would like to have the trip otherwise it seems like it was cancelled and no one cared. Find out the reason for the cancellation and go from there.
it was canceled because there werent enough bus drivers to cover the route, she already knows that. to complain about it isnt going to change the fact that there isnt enough bus drivers. which is why i said to try to find ways around it. complaining is always pointless. its always better to call and say we would like this and this is what we are willing to do to acheive it. but if shes just going to call and expect them to reschedule the trip just because she is complaining, its not going to happen. there was a reason it was canceled.
