I made sure to log into both the sobeys app AND the scene+ app and load the basket offer. Pleased to see it worked this time and I got my 500 points.

The Power Up Game though, I didn't get the 100 points. When I got home and read the T&C, it said you had to be logged into the game prior to check out. Oh well. I will remember that for next week's shop.

The game says the points will not appear on receipt and will take 3-4 weeks to post.

I may have read in the FAQ’s that it takes a couple of days for the game board to be updated.

I did this today. It’s taking you to a 3rd party site to buy the gift card called Cashstar. You are then emailed the gift card and a Scene+ promo code for the 1000 points in separate emails. You have to enter the promo code on the Scene+ website. It’s a bit convoluted. I would much rather just buy the gift cards in store. Also, the credit card charge shows as Cashstar, not Sobeys so will not earn AirMiles for being a grocery store like it would if bought in store. I just did one e-gift card. Not going to bother getting any more. Not a fan of this process.

Thank you for reporting back. I hadn't gotten the email (I'm also in NS so it may have been regional?) but I was curious about the deal.
And I agree, compared to points on GC options in store, this is not as good as you don't earn on the charge at the store. I just hope they don't make this the only option to earn on GCs!

Not sure of the terms but I did receive 1000 points on Nov 17 that says 3x basket.

Oh duh, I got mine too. Maybe I was thinking about the Power Up scoreboard points. I earned 580 pts from that promo.

For me my Local Sobeys closed down and still hasn't re - opened as a Chalo FreshCo.

I am bulk buying products when I can to save money in the long run.
Food Basics is proving 8/10 times to be the cheaper shop. Moi Points
I check the Flipp APP.

I am averaging about 1,200 Scene+ points per month,, not many.

I think this is a half decent deal

I do dislike that you have to be careful to note which shops under the product is eligible.
I like it better when I can get the points from any of the 3 stores.

Sorry to hear about your Sobeys closing. If you shopped there alot, that would hurt.

Did you find those bonus points on the Scene app? I've tried signing into my grocery offers using my freshco password but all I see are Freshco offers. Do I need to register for this separately?

We have a Food basics close by so our local Freshco accepts their ads to price match so I'm still able to get my Scene points. I'm too tired to start another point program.
