So annoying as had already loaded it. I called the customer service line and the lady couldn't understand what I trying to tell her. I emailed her a screen shot of the offer, it showing loaded and my receipt. I just can't remember if the 500 points shows on the actual receipts for the digital offers. She said to wait 48 hours for it to go into my account. But it still says "Redeem three times", so not acknowledging I have used it once.
