This is yet another motivational quote for those preparing for January. Keep pushing yourself. Keep faith in yourself. You will discover things that you did not know about yourself.
Now, GET THOSE WORKOUTS IN PEOPLE!! It is last chance workout day for the week. No I have not updated the spreadsheet (bad captain) but I did add up the totals and it is ready to go when I have a minute!!
Angie: I agree with Joanne. They usually give you a paper that says if you have redness, swelling etcetera to apply warm compresses. I reiterate that if you have any questions, go back to your PCP or to the hospital that placed the IV.

Keep hanging in there Mike.
Cecilia: I am feeling better today. And, yeah, I have the mutual hate/hate relationship with hills too.
Maura: I love yoga for this very reason! I feel like I accomplished something yet I never broke a sweat. Okay, every once in awhile I find a pose that makes me sweat!!!!

As for me, I am in my final week of ToT anticipation syndrome.
We leave a week from today and will be at the MNSSHP that night (the 24th). I am like this...

. He is now blaming me for the trip which was totally his idea. Oh well, I can take it!! I got tied up with the hair thing yesterday. My MIL called and said she would pick up the kids from school and my hairdresser says, gee we have time for a mini manicure. Really....
. My nails look great but I missed gym time and the run. I will hit the elliptical to make up miles today and get that back workout in too, promise! Five for today and 8 for Sunday. The forecast says rain while we are in WDW so I am off to the dollar store for ponchos.
