Kim - you are doing amazingly well since you started the C25k. Way to go!
Mike & Joanne - more

for your knees. Mike - the 2 weeks will be up before you know it. I know you are both ready to get back to training.
Suzanne & Kim - can't wait to hear how your upcoming goes. Good luck to you both!
Maura - I definitely like the cooler weather as well. I keep hoping that WDW in January will be cooler than it has been in the previous two years.

Nice pace, by the way.
Cecilia - that surgery didn't seem to slow you down a bit. You are speedy!!! Although not the same thing, your story about the 5kers reminded me about event I did last weekend. I did a bike ride with a few thousand other riders. At one point, we had to go over a tall, long narrow bridge. The Big Dam Bridge is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the Arkansas river - one of the longest of its kind. Anyway, here were all these cyclists going one way - all crammed on this bridge. What do I see at the top? Several gutsy folks running the opposite way. I guess they didn't see the sign at the bottom of the bridge warning them about the event. I felt a little sorry for them.
Lisa - the ToT should be a fun run for you. Look out for the "asylum" people.
I guess it's official - Steve and I are going to do the 100K ride the coming weekend. Maybe. We went out for a 30-35 mile ride yesterday and we both just didn't feel good. We ended up only doing 25 and that seemed like a struggle.
