Scared-on-line reservation says cancelled

I'm a nervous wreck right now...won't sleep all night my reservation says cancelled. I thought I would check it on-line like another thread suggested and it comes up cancelled. The CM told me on the phone my reservation number would remain the same after I changed it to an AP code. My family and I are going in May to celebrate my 50th birthday. Please someone tell me not to worry and that it will be ok when I call tomorrow!!!

Thank you Floridafam I thought they closed at 9. Thanks to the nice CM who picked up the line at 11:15. He told me that once you book with them (I thought it was all the same who ever them is) I can't check it on-line. My reservations are in tact. I feel much better and have stopped crying. Hey Floridafam it looks like you will be at WDW the same time we are. Are dates are May 21-30. Can't wait. Thanks for your quick reply it made my husband happy that I stopped crying. Have a wonderful trip!!!

Mine says the same thing. I had a room booked at the Contemporary, then I cancelled it and switched to two rooms at CSR. I got a new confirmation number, but online it shows the old reservation as being cancelled (which is fine) and the new reservation as being cancelled as well. I hate this new computer system

Ugh!! I just checked mine and it says cancelled too....I changed from CSR to AKL and had to get a new reservation number. I am going to hope that my erservation is fine considering that Disney has $382 of our money!!

Mine said the same thing after making a change so I was frantic. I immediatley called and the CM she said I was all set , my reservation # was valid and not to worry. She said it takes awhile to get into the other system . I guess she was right because my ressie # shows up as valid.

The exact same thing is going on with my reservation. I switched from CBR to AKL the other day and when I tried to check (using new confirmation number) it says it has been cancelled. Thought I was going to have a heart attack so called to find out what was going on and was assured that everything was ok and still have my new reservation for AKL. This was 2 days ago and I still can't access my reservation on the Disney site.
