I found some nice scallops at the store so I bought them, now I just need a good recipe to cook them!! Does anyone have a healthy way to prepare large scallops?

I would broil them with butter, or grill them with butter but I follow Atkins. I doubt that would work well for WW.

My husband loves scallops :)

One of my favorites for scallops in a non-stick skillet, put just a touch of olive oil, some garlic and onion and heat it until the onions are almost translucent. Scallops cook really quickly - so then add them to the skillet and lightly brown them on each side, that should be long enough to cook them. Serve them with steamed veggies - I love broccoli and cauliflower. I don't know that I can spell them but I love them!

A favorite way of mine to fix scallops is so easy. I started doing it years ago and fits great on WW.

Rinse your scallops in cold water (soak in milk if they smell at all fishy).

Drain well and then place on broiler pan.

Spray will butter spray (I can't believe it's not butter spray was my favorite) and sprinkle with lemon pepper.

Then broil in over until done.

They are absolutely wonderful this way.

Enjoy!
