Scal v2?

Does anyone have an idea where I could get SCAL v2. I have been proscratinating for a few months to buy it and now V3 is out and does not support Cricket anymore I checked on ebay and nothing.

No, it'll still cut, but if you have any problems wit the program they won't help you.

They can't help you but maybe one on the MB could help you just not their staff. What this tells me is that I got until to start saving up the money to get a different machine - is there one that someone else really likes?? I'm willing to give up my cricut but not my SCAL(is that good or bad??)

I have had my craftrobo pro 2 for a long time before I got my cricut. I am fairly sure that scal would work with it. (If not the programing that comes with it is very similar to scal). I love the way it cuts but it is really for heavy duty cutters. It cuts 30 inches wide and up to 30 feet long and you can cut with and without a mat. I have no idea what they cost now but mine was about $1000 5+ years ago when I bought it. If you are looking for a really heavy duty machine this is great.

I have heard the gazelle is very good. I actually got my pro becuase I orgiinally got the regular craftrobo but it didn't cut through things as thick as I wanted.

I like the reviews by Jin at under a cherry tree

She mainly makes cards... so she doesn't really need a cutter that is over 8", but I still respect her honesty.
