Say it isn't so...... no grills at VGF?

So we check in one week from tomorrow for our first stay at VGF. We preplanned as best we could for meals. Since we're staying in a one bedroom, we wanted to take advantage of the kitchen. We already placed our grocery order with Garden Grocer. Some of the items include some steaks that I was planning on grilling one night for dinner. Did I read right that the barbeque pavilion is currently undergoing a refurbishment and will reopen summer of 2017? I'm crafty enough to find other ways to cook up the steaks but I was hoping to do a little grilling.

The grills are located outside near the parking lot on the right side of Senses when you walk out of VGF. There are two grills. You get the grilling tools from a cast member at the check in area of VGF. Enjoy!

Website is down, did they say what they are doing, the grill area/grills aren't that old.

I can't imagine what would have it closed down for a year. And they're gas, not charcoal.

I bet that is a glitch...they are gas grills at all the new DVC resorts. Enjoy your vacation!

You could always call the resort (the call center pretending to be the resort) and verify.

It must have been a glitch. Grills are here and working. Right next to Senses Spa.

They were gas grills when DH took the photos. Is there a second BBQ grill area at GF?
