It's a free vacation minus the cost of your money (which isn't worth very much in this economy anyway). Maybe not such a bad deal if you just have $20k laying around anyway.

Well, my first anyway.

Saw it on the TSS site.

Bay Lake Towers- September UY, 225pt contract, $24,750.00
225 points currently available and 225 points coming on 2/1/10. Priced at $110 per point.

Add to that the closing costs at about $2-3 p/p, and its a lot more than from Disney, especially when figuring in the $5 discount and DP's/cruise.

And considering the other resale prices posted.....

I see another BLT for $104/pt Feb UY.

so that is 3 BLT listings in a month......... mabye i WILL be able to buy BLT on resale later this year

Unless I read it wrong, I think that is just a reduced price.

I don't have the original ID number to verify, but seems too close to be a different contract.

Sorry, I had looked at it at work, and thought that one was a Feb UY and read the OP wrong. Funny thing that it just vanished, not even listed as "sale pending" Could this be a ROFR by Disney?

thats what i thought...someone like me low balled an offer and it ROFR'd
