Maaan, I love those Disney shirts that you got! It reminds me that I should get to the Disney Outlet soon..... Walmart has tons of cute Disney shirts! I bought myself a bunch of them.

Ooooh, Amtrack! Now you're giving ME the idea to take that......I'll have to think about it....I've always wanted to go on long train rides!

You've only ever been to AK once? Wooow. I definitely really like AK. And as much as I do enjoy Dinosaur, I'm still thoroughly terrified of it. I still can't look up at the dinosaur.

I dunno what people have told you about EE, but I hope it has convinced you to give it a try! It's so much fuuun!!!!!! But then, I AM a big fan of rollercoasters so I'm biased.

I really liked all that travel stuff you got. I tried looking for that stuff before my trip, but wasn't able to find a lot. I guess I'll try harder for my next trip. One thing I really liked were toothbrush holders. Great way to pack your toothbrush away.

Huh....cutting up make up remover clothes? I never thought of that! I tend to reuse mine cause it's a waste for just one use. I should start cutting it....

It was called Men's Pocky cause (and I heard this on the internet or from a friend) Glico was trying to get guys to eat more Pocky, so they did a study of what kind of chocolate guys like, and dark chocolate took the vote. That sounds like a pretty valid reason for the name. Dark is pretty much the only chocolate I eat. In high school, I always had a box of that stuff on me.

I've gotten a few from Walmart too! I love that just wearing a Disney t-shirt automatically makes it a brighter day. Haha, I know that sounds really corny, but they do put me in a good mood! I guess because it means I'm dressing down for work, so I don't have to be wearing my regular business casual clothes.

The only thing I don't like about the thought of Amtrak is whether or not the bathrooms will get really dirty during the long trip!

Yeah, AK is not the park we normally go to so it'll be like experiencing a NEW park for the FIRST time!

I get so much more use out of cutting it beforehand. I really only need the tiniest piece. I can't imagine why someone would need a round that large! Haha, how much makeup do people put on?

Clue #1: Flying Fish = F
I should be eating more fish to help with cholesterol (it really does wonders). If eating fish meant eating at a Disney restaurant, I'd do it way more often than I do now!

I know I haven't updated my TR lately, but I'll definitely get more into Brown Derby when we get up to the DHS day! I admit that it wasn't as great as I expected it to be.

Matt has always been a space cadet! I wonder how his score will improve when he gets taller and can see better!

Clue #4: Forced Perspective = F
I want to pay more attention to these forced perspective things, especially forced perspective in reverse! I especially like how the buildings in London on the Peter Pan ride are built in reverse forced perspective so that you'd think we're flying much farther away.

I want to ride Dumbo in February so that I can see the Fantasyland expansion!

Lastly, the reason why I chose Duffy is because for a bit, I was trying to decide between Duffy or a Build a Bear bear. I think my BABW bear is cuter, but I liked Duffy because it was Disney-related. When I found out that the Disney costumes can probably fit BABW bears, I decided on the latter! That's why I got my Lil' Chocolate Cub (Howie Wary Bear!) for an early Christmas gift from Howard! The Howie part of his name is obviously for Howard. The Wary Bear part is because of the Winnie the Pooh song with the Heffalumps! "Beware, beware, be a very wary bear!"

I actually got the 4 goals from a picture! Maybe that's why it was harder to Google that one; it was retirement. I'm so glad that you have a chance to play! Our 10 Day Countdown!

Is it really possible that our trip is in 10 days? We leave in 10 days! Ahhh, it's going to be hectic trying to get ready for it since we have work all the way up to the last day. When am I going to pack?!? Haha, you can tell just how busy I've been considering I haven't been on DIS in ages. I've been spending time crafting, which is fun, but also for the past 5 days, I've been sick with sinusitis with inflammation in my inner ears causing vertigo! Agh. I had to call out sick for 2 days, but I finally went back today.

Now that we're down to 10 days, it's time for some major planning!!!

First of all, I JUST found out that we have a change in cast! Yes, seriously, 10 days out, and there's a change!!! Nathaniel won't be able to go with us, so that leaves us at 5 people instead of 6. We don't know if we can get anyone at this late hour to join us (and especially someone that will mesh with the wackiness that the 5 of us bring to the table!), so we might just have to readjust everything. Obviously with person not going, it means the 5 of us have to make up the difference in the cost for the time share. That shouldn't be THAT big of a deal because then we can save on a car since we don't need to get a minivan.

The main issue isn't really the money stuff though. I just don't want my cousin to have to sit alone on Amtrak. It's just easier to have an even number of people for rides and such. The whole thing was that we didn't want Nik to feel like she was the 5th wheel, but at this point, if that's how it turns out, we're still okay with it because we know we're going to have a TON of fun!

Secondly, I just wanted to post our tentative itinerary!

Saturday 2/19
We'll meet at Penn Station and leave on Amtrak at 11ish. I'm hoping that there won't be any issues getting there and getting seats since nothing is assigned. People have given us advice to get there earlier, and I think it was Kylie who told me to try to get seats near the end of the train because not all stations have room for those back cars. That means that it hopefully won't be as crowded at that time, and we can get seats together.

Sunday 2/20
We'll arrive at the Orlando station around 10:30am and pick up our car rental. We'll be hungry, so we'll probably get lunch and possibly stop by the outlets to specifically check out the Disney outlet store (pins on sale maybe?!?). The only thing we have plnaned is to check in at the timeshare, of course, and to go to Publix and/or Target to pick up groceries (ex. breakfast items especially for the next day). Even though no one's driving a car all the way to Florida, I'm sure we'll be exhausted from the trip, so we don't want to plan anything that requires a lot of energy. If we end up having energy, then we'll just play it by ear.

Monday 2/21
This is our first park day - Epcot! We have the entire time to have fun, explore, and ride rides. We do have a lunch reservation at Le Cellier in the Canada pavilion of World Showcase at 1:20pm. Glad I got that a while ago! It's going to be one of our splurge meals. We chose Epcot instead of MK since it is Presidents Day, and hopefully, Epcot won't be AS crowded or it'll be able to handle a larger crowd.

Tuesday 2/22
Since we'll be at Epcot the day before from opening to closing, we'll be exhausted the next day. That's why we built in rest days. We can sleep in on Tuesday! I have no clue how some people can do a park every single day even with EMH! Most likely we'll be going to Downtown Disney for the rest of the day and just hang out.

Wednesday 2/23
This is our second park day - Magic Kingdom! Lots of fun, lots of pictures! We know that we want to have lunch and dinner at these two counter service restaurants: Columbia Harbour House and then Pecos Bill. We are also definitely having a snack stop at Aloha Isle for some Dole Whip Floats. I already told Dani and Ray that it'd be belated birthday gifts!

Thursday 2/24
Another rest day after a long park day! We can sleep in again! We can go resort hopping and explore Disney resorts because we have a dinner reservation at 'Ohana! Dani really wanted to try this one, and I know the place gets mixed reviews, but I'm still excited about it. I'm very easy to please, so hopefully it won't be a terrible experience!

Friday 2/25
Final park day - Wizard World of Harry Potter for the 3 of them and Animal Kingdom for Howard and me! We'll be dropping them off super early in the morning before heading to AK. Since our park closes somewhat early, it's perfect because we'll pick them up whenever they're done. We want them to get their money's worth! Howard and I will probably head to Downtown Disney to have appetizers at Paradiso 37 and then a later dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express. Howard and I will also pick up Earl of Sandwich sammiches for everyone for our Amtrak ride home the next day. Ooo, I also know Jennifer might be at DTD that night too, so maybe we'll have a DISmeet!!!

Saturday 2/26
It's a sad, sad day as we head on back to the Amtrak station early to drop off the rental before 12pm to save some money (our train leaves at 2pm).

Sunday 2/27
After 20+ hours of traveling, we'll arrive back at Penn Station and realize that our vacation is over and it's back to work/school!

Those are our plans so far! It hasn't changed for quite some time, so that's really what we're going by right now. We'll see what happens on those actual days, but all I know is, we're going to Disney in 10 days!!! I only have 7 more work days!!!
