Sauce at Boma's

There is a sauce at Boma's that my whole family loved. It's red and begins with the letter S. We found the recipe online once before but now I can't remember the name of the sauce. We had every morning when we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge. It was wonderful with their ham and asparagus. Does anyone remember the name of the sauce?

FWIW - my breakfast plate there always looks the same - asparagus, tomatoes, chakalaka, ham, sambal, eggs. It's heavenly!

And now...I need some Boma breakfast in my life

Yes, sambal sauce. Does anyone have the recipe? I found it online after our last trip but now I can't seem to find it. My whole family loved it when I made it at home, it tasted almost the same as Boma's.

That's it! Funny, I've googled so many combinations of words and it never pulled up that recipe, probably because I was using too many words lol. We have made this recipe before many many months ago and then I couldn't find it. Thanks for your help.
