What are boba balls ?
"boba balls served with your choice of base and sauce"

Potatoes?
Veggies?

Any idea's?
They seem to be served with lots of entrees

Also does anyone know what the base or sauce choices are?

I don't think that is it. Those are the "bubbles" that go in bubble tea. There's no way you could put anything inside of those.

Please re-read the food descriptions that mention boba balls. None of them say anything is going inside the boba. It lists boba balls as one of the toppings along with vegetable slaw.

For example:

Chopped Wood-Grilled Chicken Bowl
Wood-Grilled Chicken Thighs marinated with Garlic and Olive Oil topped with Crunchy Vegetable Slaw and Boba Balls served with your choice of Base and Sauce
$11.49

If you look at the photos, note the boba balls on top of the slaw. They really should have added a comma after balls to make it clearer what they meant.

Sorry, I was going off OP's description and hadn't read the details. Hopper's picture says they are made with yogurt...that just doesn't seem right to me.

There's a version that pops & has juice inside, so I imagine they replaced the juice with yogurt. Boba are fun in bubble tea but veggie slaw with lumps of tapioca does not sound appetizing.
