Sat or Sun which is usually busier?

Looking at what days we are going into the park for our late August trip.

We will go in one weekend day either Sat 8/23 or Sun 8/24. The crowd calendar I looked it had Sun being more crowded.

What has been your experience with crowds and weekend? More people on Sat or Sun?

Sunday the 24th should be very crowded. Its the first Sunday of the summer that the SoCal annual pass is not blocked. I would not go anywhere near DL on that day. Saturday would be a much wiser choice of those two dates.

That Sunday will be more crowded then that Saturday. In general, Sunday afternoons are more crowded but Saturday morning and late evening are more crowded.
