Sat Aug 20 - 45min wait for bus from WL to Epcot

It took over 45mins to get a bus from WL to EpCot at opening Sat Aug 20th. Many of us went to the CM at the bus stop to ask about the bus. He said he didnt have a radio so couldnt call it in. I finally spoke to a bus driver for another park - explained the situation and an EpCot bus showed up within a few mins.

Is it worth notifying another bus driver after a 30 minute wait? 25 minutes?

If, after waiting 40 minutes and a bus finally shows up but cannot accommodate everyone should a request be made for another bus right away?

(In those locations where the buses should come every 20 minutes)
