Good morning, Sassies! Is it too late to join the "My Husband is a Wanker Society?" Do you all still have room at your social functions? I would like to respectfully apply for membership, if you please. My husband is definitely of the wankerish variety at the moment.

Anyhoo, what did everyone do this weekend besides work, camping and Dising? We went to the UVA football game on Saturday and a swim meet yesterday. Typical Flintstone family autumn weekend.

Thanks for the new necklace, Becca! My old one is beginning to get tired of holding up my dress all of the time. It needs a vacation in the jewelry box, I think.

I am officially in favor of changing this day's name to Bunday. There is not much good about Mondays, but bunnies would be a start.

Good morning gang. I must say you can never have enough fancy smancy umbrella's and straws for your drinking pleasure.

We've got early morning Ortho appts today. A quick trip (45 minutes) to get there, look in mouth and out the door fifteen minutes later then a quick trip back just in time for the kids to be late for school.

Wilma your weekend sounded wonderful. I bet it felt like fall at the football game. We are still in the upper 80's here.

Good morning. I'm back online. Weekends I never have time. Besides my husband thinks I have a disney obsession. When he is home I try to tone it down. Now I really have to balance my checkbook, but I don't want to. So I came here instead.

Becca-I wonder if my sister got your pm. She didn't say anything about it. We played euker (I'm not sure how to spell that) Sat. night. Everytime we play we bring up how we used to play in college with you guys. We should get together again to play. Will you e-mail me the link for those online classes please.

Good morning all! I have another one of those nasty sinus headaches that but I'm toughing it out at work right now. Can't go home with all the work I've missed for doctor's appointments lately.

Wilma~the Wahoos have been looking better lately! Unfortunately, my Broncos looked like dog doo doo yesterday. Sorry about the wankerish hubby. Mine had his PMS last week! We shall commiserate over fruity umbrella-laden drinks in February!

Judi~we were only in the 70's all weekend, it was only 53 degrees this morning, and we're only going to be 78 today. WOO HOO!! I love the cooler weather!!!! But we're going to be back in the low 90's by Thursday!

Tricia~have fun shopping today! I was perusing the Christmas decorations at Walmart yesterday. Is it too early to put my tree up??

Squiddy~how did soccer go? Didja play games in the car to make the time go faster??

I must vent: they put up 3 photo radar cameras in about a 5 mile stretch on the highway I take to work. Why did they put so many so close together, and on a busy stretch where you're lucky if you can get over 60 mph? And I wonder how they know which car was speeding-it's 4 lanes through that stretch, and if there are 3 or 4 cars abreast of each other how does the camera know which car is speeding??

Well to be honest I sent Kate with her coach and I didnt' go. My sister decided to have a birthday party on Saturday for October birthdays. My 1st nephew Brady (born 10/7), 2nd nephew Blake (Born 10/15), my sister (born 10/10) and my dad (born 10/16). Sooo, I went over to her house on Saturday to "represent" for the party. I was told my attendance was mandatory. Well after I got there I found out why - there was a lot of GeoTrax train sets to put together and her iTunes on her computer needed fixed. Good to know I have a purpose in life!

Kate then spent the night on Saturday with her best friend and I had to work the Colts game all day yesterday so I have barely even seen my kid. BAD MOM!

I'll have to give her an extra beating this evening to make up for my lack of personal attention to her the past couple of days.

It was a good game, but it was HOT! I think it was up near eighty and we were on the sunny side of the stadium so we all left looking vaguely reminiscent of Larry the Lobster. I guess my Indian summer has arrived!

Becca - Bonnie's gift is icky. I hope she doesn't re-gift it to me!
