Angie, 61,000 without power. She's under a T. Watch again.
She works Saturdays, but was hopin someone had heard from her today. Her news has pictures of boats in trees. No reports of any injuries.

What's new? I feel kinda overwhelmed with all I have to do today, but I can't really begin until the stores open at 9:00! On top of everything else I have to do, i now need to take Heather to the mall to buy a swimsuit, cause she has a swimming party to attend on the last day of school on Friday.

This place is a ghost town! I miss you hags!

Hi Somethings! Sorry I haven't checked in, we were hit so hard Friday night I was shaking. Brian saw the funnel cloud, thank goodness it went the other way. We tried to go camping yesterday, but checked the weather and were scared back home. Good thing too, my home town was hit really hard and thats where the camper is. Brian is going to check on it later. At home it was nasty too and it's supposed to be nasty again tonight. I don't mind storms, I just don't want the severe weather!

Judi, how did you fair last night?

Becca, I was so glad to see your post. We're doing well here. New round coming in at noon. Please remember, stuff can be replaced. As long as your family is well, you've got it all. Have you checked on your Grandma?

I just made a batch of Rice Krispy Treats. It's been quite a while since I've made them but the kids were asking so I caved in. I love those things. Note to self.............stay away from them.

Another round just came through, this is getting old!!! Of course I had clothes on the line and we went to a movie so my clothes are now soaked! The wind must have been wicked right before we got home since there are lots of limbs down and our garbage took flight. We have a little respite before it comes again in a few hours.

Judi, be careful you are going to get slammed too I'm afraid. Grandma is fine so far.

Everyone else I hope you are all fine and enjoying the Sunday! Kung Fu Panda was cute if you are looking for a movie to see!

Hidey ho ladies!! I'm having a lazy Sunday-did the grocery shopping and some laundry, but other than that nada. We're having burgers on the grill tonight so dinner will be lazy, too.

Becca and Judi~hang on tight! I don't want you guys ending up in Canada!! Seriously, I'm glad you guys are OK. When are these storms supposed to end?

Howdy, Sassies! Becca and Judi - I am so glad you are safe! I missed all of the tornado drama because I was away this weekend but when I started catching up on the thread I was on the edge of the computer chair, hoping that nothing would happen to you all. Becca, how is the camper? Are your mom and dad okay? Good call on the popsicle stick rocker, I always knew you were a crafty one!

Angie - you posted one of my favorite smilies. I've always thought it was a flying tomato, like you might get if you said something offensive. I like the way the smilie ducks. This one reminds me of some sort of abnormal growth and freaks me out.

Bonnie - did you get any of your scrapbooking done? I have always wanted to do that, but being that I have boys, I am not sure they would appreciate it and that would irritate me. Someone suggested that I just do a page or two per year. Maybe I will do that.

Tricia - are you getting used to Kelsie driving to work? I have a few margaritas mixed and ready to go if you are in need. Hang in there!

Heather - boys were made to pee in the yard - that's why they have that handy little thing. Other uses come later, and when that occurs you will long for a simple peeing in the yard. Trust me on this one!

I didn't either. I knew I shouldn't have made them but I can't deprive the kids just because I'm trying not to eat them. Trying was the word of the day and I failed.

Tricia - are you getting used to Kelsie driving to work? I have a few margaritas mixed and ready to go if you are in need. Hang in there!

She took the car Saturday to work then again Saturday night to the movies. I don't think I'll get be completely at ease but it definitely wasn't as stressful as the first time.

Judi I hope all that bad weather has left the building and you are in for a beautiful sunny week. It was 97 in the shade here yesterday.

Wilma I see that your early morning swim carpool driving has started. I've got some hot coffee if you need an eye opener.

I didn't go because Kendall had cheer at the same time. My total is 23.6 pounds but I must say I've been cheating more than I ever have before. I think I'm getting a little bored eating the same food all the time. I need to give myself a good pepp talk because I don't want to fall totally off the band wagon.
