Sassari Crocs- High Heels!

My DD wanted Crocs so I bought her a pair last summer but after about a month those things got so slippery, even the smallest amount of water on the ground and she would slip and slide, she fell a few times. The bottom treads just wore off, we ended up throwing them out, my friend had the same problem with hers.

These might make my feet feel good but they really hurt my eyes.
:rotfl: You sound like my DH! :rotfl:
My knee just wouldn't get better after knee surgery (ACL) until I started wearing my Crocs every day. DH said... "Your knee may feel better, but you look goofy!"

I wear the ugly Beach so I'm thinking the wedge is an improvement while everyone is is horrified.

They do look like Barbie shoes!

I wear my crocs daily because of my plantar fasciatis. I don't care what anyone says: I'll give up the "beauty" for comfort anyday. Until you've had the pain I've had shooting through your heels, you don't know what it is to wear comfy shoes.

I want to try the sassari in the sea foam and white. They look perfect for this outfit I have. But the Crocs website (where I don't really want to order them from anyway) is out of my size and nobody else has them in stock yet that I can see. Surfanddirt.com originally said "Available March 15" and then they changed that to the 31st. When I checked today, it says Summer 2007.

I've never tried the MaryJanes, but I have the Nile and those pinch my toes. I can't wear them anymore. And I can't fit my feet into any of the other shoes. Having foot problems is not fun.

OMG! :rotfl: I just have to tell you I was afraid to look!!!!!

I was picturing something entirely different! Like regular crocs with spiked heels! If you were all saying how you were going to rush out and get them, it was going to be really scary!!!:rotfl:

I think they are cute! Of course, I have major foot problems (Pf and more). I have to wear Birks constantly. I bought a pair of Birks Josephine thinking they might be cute enough to wear for an upcoming wedding. Just got them in & they don't look that great on.:sad2: So, for those of us who are cursed with bad feet, those Crocs are looking pretty good!

I hate the way most Crocs look with a passion..but those aren't quite as hideous as I had pictured.

I have freak feet, too. Size 10, narrow heel, and I have ruined them by nursing and wearing high heels for hours on end when I'm not at work. I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis in my right foot, too. But no amount of coaxing could make me put on the Beach or Mary Jane version, because they make my feet look like Mickey feet (read: HUGE) and these wedge types are even more likely to exacerbate heel spurs. I mean, shortening of that tendon is the whole reason plantar fasciitis hurts, and these shoes actually encourage it!

I want the black and white ones! :thumbsup2 Hopefully shoebuy will get them soon. The black Primas I ordered just came today and they are much cuter than I thought they would be...of course, I have to look at them on in a full-length mirror before I really decide, but so far, so good...

I think I would like them in the black and white too.

I have the stupid heel spur too. I'm not going to get them.

They're not tooooo bad looking, I have defiantly seen worse. But I would never wear them because Crocs don't feel good to me. They're uncomfortable.

Oh my! Those are NOT hideous! Now, most Crocs to me are soooo bad-looking, but those look fine to me.

I don't like the looks of the regular crocs, but I like these.
We are invited to 2 outdoor weddings this yr. One is a very rustic cabin area, the other on a beach. I think those will be great shoes for the weddings.

Arent crocs trashy enough without adding a heel that makes it look like a streetwalker shoe? They look like crap. I am sure you'll enjoy them.
