Good for you. You are doing so well. Amazing...

Yep, aren't weekends grand? It's so nice to get up and not rush out the door. Yesterday I had to work, but today, I can ease into the day. I'm going to make peanut butter muffins for the kids and bake beans today too. Yummy and the house will smell so good all day!

Keep up the fantastic work! And watch out for that storm, I am sick of winter here too. :cold:
 
I got my second work out in! I actually did 32 minutes so I could finish a lap!!!!

62 minutes yesterday!!!!!

I have another 2 work out day today and tomorrow is the end of the month!! I should be able to meet my exercize goal!!! Yay!!!

Still waiting about the storm... Now they say it may go a little further off the coast... We will still get snow though... We are under a winter storm watch already! UGH... I hate winter! March is definitely coming in like a lion!

Hang in there. We only got about another 2" last night. You must have alot more snow then us. Have been to Lake Placid quite of few times, mostly in the summer. DD2 has done Ironman up there twice.

Have a good day. Do the teachers up there pray for snow days also?
 

Yes Ma'm!!!! I have been praying since Friday!!! We have only used 1 snow day so far... We really don't have a lot of snow!!!!

That is cool about DD..... I am amazed that people can do that! :cool1:
 
dont you wish the snow wouldj ust disappear?!?! if anything ,i better get a day off...thats the best thing about college, you dont have to make up snow days!!!!
i hate snow, but i willlet it go if i get an off day :)

42 more minutes of exercize!!!!! I have to go back add up my totals! Boy did I sweat on the treddie! I'll do it againg tonight and will have my double workouts done! :cool1:
 
UPDATE!!!! I have 277 minutes this week with 1 more 30 minute to do today and then tomorrow's exercize!!!! My total is 1137 /1000 so far this month!!!! :cool1:
 
Jen!!! You are doing AMAZINGLY with your exercise for the month...and this was only a 28 day month!!! I KNOW your clothes are fitting soooo nicely and hopefully you're planning a shopping spree for your GOAL weigh in...you're gonna be there before you know it!!!

And don't even mention giving up chocolate...we have discussed this, (I think?) chocolate is a vegetable..do you realize the cocoa bean is a vegetable??? It's only when they add loads of sugar and oils to it that it makes it a very sweet vegetable....so stick with some semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate..(less sugar in that) and you'll be just fine!!! I truly treat them as little special vitamins....when I start feeling a bit cravy and need a sweet fix...I pop in 10 chips and I feel GREAT!!! So don't be coming to my journal and putting the idea into folks heads that chocolate is bad for you...it just ain't so!!! :) And you may not know this...but at our Disney trip (hopefully May) my mission is to find the best chocolate dessert...I queried the folks on the restaurant page and I have a course for pleasure ahead of me! :) I'll treat it purely scientifically of course.

Now let's get you to GOAL my pal...by SUMMER!!!! You're CRUISING ALONG!!!! :moped:

It's monday! :crazy: The craziest day of the week for me! And to top it off I caught another cold! Yay! (not!)...

I will not let this cold beat me! I will not let this cold beat me!!!!

I did my second work out last night... Another 40 minutes and 500 calories!!! :wizard: The double workout really isn't too bad!!! :cool1: In fact by the second one my legs really feel good and I can go faster!!! :cool1:

I have to set my goals for March...

1200 minutes of exercize

5 lbs gone (realistically! that is 1 lb per week...I SHOULD be able to do that!)

WATER! WATER AND MORE WATER!!!!

Tomorrow I will post my starting measurements for March and I'll go from there!

No snow day... :rolleyes: Oh well.. not much we can do about that!!!

I used yesterday as my day off from exercize. Today I will get back on the horse!

I go back to my doc tomorrow so we will see about my thyroid.

I am sneezing away and am really sick of being sick this winter.... Today is March! Thank goodness! :flower: At least the calendar will say spring soon even if the weather doesn't....

Enjoy your day off. We still do school even when the public school kids have it off (mean Mom!). Actually, the kids choose to do school on snow days. I let them make the choice. BTW, we homeschool.

We are supposed to get 10-14 inches, and you? Is it done there yet?

Also, it's supposed to be cold at least through this weekend. I HATE the cold... :cold:

Good luck at the doctor's tomorrow!!

I hope spring comes soon too, I always hate having snow on my birthday. I remember 4 years ago that it was actually 70 degrees on my b-day!! I guess that's what I get for living in NY:) We'll see spring by the end of the month hopefully:)
