You can walk to city walk from both so I dont see why you wouldn't be able to.

It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Citywalk from Sapphire, depending on your speed, then a few more minutes onto HRH.

Or get the boat to Citywalk then walk the few minutes to HR.

We had great boat service at SF, so I would take a boat to City Walk and then walk to HRH.

It's a super quick walk to HRH from City Walk.
