There is difference between happening to be on the heavy side and having a white beard and walking around all in red and telling kids you are Santa. As I said before, it's a matter of degree, and this guy went too far. I think it does come down to a case by case basis, but this one still strikes me as an easy call.
BTW, I also agree with the Jack Sparrow analogy. To Mr Worley's defenders--what other characters should guests be allowed to dress up as?
