I saw a few pics with Santas from around the world in Epcot. Is this a yearly activity or was that an exclusive for that year?

The Holiday Storytellers are an annual event. They are in each of the countries in the World Showcase starting the day after Thanksgiving. They tell a story and/or tell about holiday traditions in their country several times daily. The schedule is listed on the weekly park activities guide.

Santa and Mrs. Claus meet in the American Pavilion at Epcot beginning after Thanksgiving. They are located to the right of the pavilion near the kidcot area. This is the only Santa my daughter has ever agreed to meet and get her picture with. He and Mrs. Claus are wonderful!

It's every year. Most of the WS pavilions don't have a "Santa" per se, but rather some character that is culturally relevant to the particular country.

It's been reported that some of the "cultural experiences" are changing this year. Morocco, Mexico and China are getting new ones.
